I think Nicole,because she has changed her attitude and her look too

I think Katie, Ashley, Carrie and Nicole grew up and became more sophisticated. Angelina more softer. Jennifer's nose job improved her appearance. Queen Latifah defiantly more feminine. Reese less frumpy.

Carrie and Jennifer had the MOST transformation, followed by Katie, who just look like she grew older. Ashley went through a great change too. Although Angie looks as pretty as always, she really CHANGED A LOT from both inside and outside, from her goth and dark times to her current elegant self.
